Cancellations Once you click "place your order" we are unable to change, alter or cancel your order.
Returns Returns must be made within seven days upon receipt of merchandise without exception. All merchandise must be deemed in resalable condition, unused and in original packaging, without exception.
Merchandise must be shipped with an RA number printed on outside of shipping box, without exception. The RA number will be supplied by Appalachian Harvest by calling 828-743-7300 or e-mail info@jamsnjelly.com, without exception. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, without exception. The customer is responsible for freight on all returns, without exception. Appalachian Harvest will issue a merchandise credit (minus shipping and restock fees) which can be used within six months, without exception.
All returns sent without following proper return procedure will be refused upon delivery. Appalachian Harvest assumes no responsibility for refused and unauthorized returns. Proper return procedures must be in compliance, No exceptions.
